Our Monitoring Emergency Response Centre located in Adelaide caters for both personal emergency and security monitoring and is staffed by trained personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has a Grade A1 rating from ASIAL which is the highest rating available.

RAA uses only high quality equipment which meets or exceeds the stringent requirements of Australian Standards. Like the equipment, RAA staff are also high quality. We employ only licensed and qualified sales consultants and installation technicians.
