Mature Workers Matter is a project funded by Employers Mutual Ltd from their funding for members program. The project was conceived and managed by Aged & Community Services SA & NT and facilitated by Sageco.
Under the supervision of a Steering Committee, the project included extensive consultation with industry executives, supervisors, HR professionals and mature workers. The results and themes drawn from the industry consultation led to the development of four MasterClasses, eight action learning projects, the professional development of ten industry champions and the documentation of resources, research methods, projects and case studies.
