C. Strategies and Activities

These strategies and activities are specifically for the aged care and community services industry. They have been discussed, developed and trialled by a group of experienced practitioners during the Mature Workers Matter masterclass series in 2011. The foundation research and industry consultation led us to focus on four main areas:

  1. Developing a workforce age profile
  2. Planning a job redesign project
  3. Conducting conversations about flexible work practices
  4. An introduction to Workability
